Imagine a healthy organization in which everyone can flourish and thrive,

an organization where communication and information flows and everyone is fully contributing,

an organization that is efficiently and effectively making a transformative mission-driven impact.

Let’s create that together!

Healthy organizational cultures and structures are vital containers and catalyzers of our work. Often our work feels so urgent and important it feels like we can’t slow down to pay attention to things like organizational culture, however experience and research shows that the culture and environment we create for our work has a huge impact on our effectiveness and efficiency.

Organizational Culture is made up of multiple factors including how communication and information flows within the organization, approaches to decision making, our values and how we live them, and how we treat each other. Each of these areas requires co-creation and intentional implementation for our organizations to work well and for us to not harm ourselves and each other in the process of doing the work. Quantum possibilities provides training, coaching, and facilitation on all of these elements including:

  • Creating Decision Making Rubrics

  • Information Flow Processes

  • Ethical Communication

  • Crafting and Living Shared Values

  • Creating Shared Commitments

If you think this could be helpful to your organization, let’s connect!

Our approach to Supervision and Accountability plays a big role in our organizational culture, well-being, and success!

Traditional approaches to supervision are often demoralizing and based in oppressive histories and power-over practices that not only are not value-aligned but they are also counterproductive and work against our goals. We have developed an approach that applies Appreciative Inquiry to supervision that is behavioral science based, value-aligned, collaborative, and transformative. Through this model supervisors are growth and development coaches and partners. Supervisors and employees work together to define an image of success and co-create a plan to bring that image into reality. This approach maximizes the wisdom, motivation, and engagement of both people and channels it into both getting to do fulfilling and enlivening work that contributes meaningfully to the mission of the organization.
